3-D Explosion

This book will teach you how to create 3-D designs such as that shown on the cover. The first half of the book shows how to draw your own designs and pick fabrics to create your own illusions. The second half of the book presents seven projects with sewing instructions.  Template sheets are provided for each project to use in making enlargements.   After making one of these projects you will be ready to design your own art quilt!

About the Author:
Cara Gulati has been a quilter since 1992 and began teaching quilting in 1999.  The newest quilt in her 3-D Explosion series, 3-D Party Explosion, won viewers choice at the Houston International Quilt Festival in 2003.
